This new product is really efficient. it pulls out the data accurately and is easy to add/amend details as needed. The best Accounts Payable automation tool I've tried so far! would be awesome to be able to 'copy' a purchase order to a bill without waiting for it to be approved as this would enable both of these processes to be completed in one step increasing efficiency.

Great product, API links straight to Xero. Made life so much easier for finance team as previously we were manually chasing for approvals on email. Approvalmax has definitely strengthened governance and control on costs within the business. Also pricing is really reasonable and ROI is second to none

Just started using ApprovalMax. I'm liking that I can enter all our invoices and then forward them for approval without having to wait for someone to sign each invoice individually.
