Flowlens + Xero

Flowlens works with Xero, with user-friendly, seamless data transfer, saving you time and avoiding rekeying errors and problems.

Sales Invoices and Purchases can be created seamlessly in Xero, from Sales and Purchasing information stored in Flowlens. When you make a payment in Flowlens, the payment status can be refreshed to keep your credit control reports up to date and in sync.

Flowlens can also push Customer/Supplier details to Xero, so you don't need to key these in twice, and it keeps your Nominal Accounts and Tax Rates in sync with Xero too.

From day one, we made the decision to make the investment in using a software like Flowlens After an extensive search for the best suited to our business. We found Flowlens, and I can safely say it's the best decision we made. It has helped us grow our business rapidly while maintaining our standards. Could not be without it now!

great software

Flowlens has been a really great addition to our business. Our day-to-day business is all processed through Flowlens. all financial data i.e sales invoices etc are pushed through to Xero. This keeps all the accountancy information separate.

Reliable Software

As an engineering company, our operational efficiency depends on a reliable MRP and CRM software, Flowlens has been just that! The software has been key in our daily operations, it supports us with giving our customers accurate information, stock control, placing orders with suppliers and it really helps to have all information in one place. We also link Flowlens with our accounting software Xero. It really does help that these are linked, It is easy to transfer company information, sales invoices, purchase invoices and accounting codes between the two.
