Have been using Fergus for a few years now. Find the software so handy and really easy to use. The support is great when I have had to contact Fergus.

Fergus is a really great value "out of the box package", the customer service team are fast to respond and easy to contact. It is relatively simple to use, integrates well with other packages. The downsides is there are a few quirks (ie address and contact maintenace, and features missing in the new app), not a deal breaker you just use the help articles and customer support to workaround.

Does exactly what you need for your tight knit trade team and continues to develop as necessary.

I run a trade business doing installs and service work . Its super easy to setup and use on a computer and mobile phone. Tracking job progress and profit is easy. HSE tools like forms to carry out TA/JSA from mobile before starting work is great also. When choosing my job management software i looked at a number of other products on the market like Tra**fy and S*mp*o and found Fergus was the best all round for price and features, highly recommend!
