Limitations with Xero
The access controls of Xero mean that users can simply 'approve' Bills and bypass ApprovalMax. This needs some of fix to limit how users can enter Bills.

Hi Matt, this issue you've mentioned is related to Xero's access controls, rather than ApprovalMax. The good thing when using ApprovalMax is that you don't need to give people Xero access at all – in other words, all approvals are only done within ApprovalMax. If you've given people Xero access and they're approving items directly from the general ledger, the fraud detection feature in ApprovalMax will send an email to your administrator to let them know. Your administrator can void those bills and prevent unauthorised payments. Hope this clears things up in some way.

Such a useful app!
I was looking for an app that would help us manage approvals of POs and bills, and Approval Max does the job brilliantly. Highly recommend!

Excellent System
Very easy approval process. The flexibility around changing the flow is also very useful and simple. Very happy with this product for our company needs.

Approval Max is the ideal tool that connect directly to Xero.

The only one
As a former IRS agent, I don't understand why this market space isn't more crowded, but it's not. ApprovalMax is the only serious tool for sophisticated approval workflows. They do a great job.
