After checking our records, I can see that our support team did respond to your query and shared details via the chat explaining that the issue relates to the approval limits on your Xero plan. These limits are set by Xero and can’t be overridden through Dext. Our mobile app and WhatsApp extraction are great for on-the-go expenses. Another helpful feature is Automatic Line Item Extraction. Once it’s turned on for a supplier, future documents from that supplier will automatically have line items extracted and shown in the Item Details section.
