We were introduced to Fathom through our accountant, and it has been a great recommendation for our business. The onboarding experience was excellent - clear guidance, easy to follow, and the video walkthroughs and help section made getting start smooth. The product itself is very useful for SME reporting. It connects automatically to Xero, which saves us a lot of time on month-end reporting once templates are built. The forecast feature is also very helpful, although a bit more flexibility would make it even better. Support has been fantastic as well. We were assigned on account manager who ran multiple sessions to help us get the most out of Fathom, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Overall, a great and user-friendly tool for xero users.

An excellent reporting bolt on to Xero with constant updates taking on user feedback and brilliant support.

We've been using Fathom for well over a year. We were looking for a simplistic way to generate our own management reporting each month for a small start up, that was rapidly growing. Over that time we restructured our chart of accounts and started to improve our maturity in the ratios we looked at. We built all of that on Fathom using Xero data. We were able to create bespoke GPM% on different revenue and cost accounts, show them as a graph over time, view the trend analysis and normalise using 12 month rolling averages (incredibly helpful). We also moved our budget processes on to Fathom. It worked really well for us being a little bit scrappy and still working out of Google Sheets for some things. Being able to have a live import from a Google Sheet into budget drivers was a real efficiency gain for us during budgeting and took us from a budget that always felt out of date/not quite right, to being able to have quarterly rolling budgets, because the work involved was so much less.

Simplifies reporting process every month. Fathom team have always been helpful whenever anything is unclear.
