I have used Approval Max before and was please i could introduce it to my new place of work. It really is very easy to set up and works so well with Xero. It takes all those corridor conversations and ensures an audit trail so there is no doubt all expenditure is authorised in line with the policy.

I have worked for many companies that do not use ApprovalMax and always wished I had an app like this. Now that I work for a company that does have approvalmax, it really makes approvals of anything easy, and paper free.
