Overview
ATO SmartDocs is a new generation ATO document processing robot that automates your complete ATO document process. With the ATO push for no more paper, ATO SmartDocs can retrieve your documents from the ATO servers via an API and have them checked, approved, processed, and delivered to your clients in seconds.
Every ATO document is covered (there were 500 plus different ATO documents at last count). You can choose your delivery method for each client: secure email with 2FA, your existing portal, letters, or via an ATO SmartDocs Vault.
ATO SmartDocs + Xero
ATO SmartDocs loves talking to Xero via the Xero API. Just turn on the API, and the magic happens. ATO SmartDocs can use any field in the XPM database. Including primary contact information and custom fields. It's even smart enough to look at a field, and if it's empty, it will check additional fields we call this "Smart Data".
