We're very happy with ApprovalMax - allowing us to streamline our internal approval processes, and provide a perfect audit log for the end of year requirements. It has been simple to implement and we've been able to tweak and adjust our process as we've gone.

This app makes it so easy to get invoices and bills approved and paid on time. When we set up a new management structure for approvals and it all had to change, that was so easy too.

The entities we utilise approvalmax have multiple approvers that are located across the country. With the integration function with xero information is entered once in xero and pushed into Approvalmax so that the approvers can view the source documentation attached in xero, amounts to be approved and coding of the expense. The approvers are then recorded and approvals are timestamped. This is critical from an audit perspective at year end.

Approval Max allows bills to be approved for payment without the need for paper documents, also it also gives evidence of approval to the auditors, again without the need for paper documents, saving the Trust time and $ in the process. Approval Max works seamlessly with our online accounting software.
