Life saver

I am not the most tech savvy of people, but Ignition is really quite easy to use. It reduces so many of the hassles of client relations.

Great Billing Software

Ignition is user friendly whilst also having a wide range of functions to suit all client needs. It is simple for clients use, creating efficiency and professionalism. Great software all round!

Absolute gem for billing clients

ACH or credit card, recurring or one-off, even deposits and balances upon completion... Ignition is the only billing platform I've seen in our industry that truly handles all types of engagements. And their power-features around renewals, bulk price changes, and pricing insights... that makes the service more than worthwhile. There are plenty of options out there for collecting fees from your clients. But at our scale, we've seen and tested many and when it really matters and you're going to blast out hundreds and hundreds of engagements, Ignition is the app you want in your corner. Oh, and I don't know what these other people are talking about re: support. Our support guy is--no exaggeration--the BEST tech support contact I've had for any product in 20+ years in business. I keep telling his boss to give him a raise because he's amazing.

Very Satisfied with Ignition

We've been using Ignition for 5+ years now. We process all of our engagement letters and payments through them. We estimate that it saves us about a 1.5 full time people in time savings. Also we don't have any A/R because we collect all payments up front. The support is helpful and friendly when needed.
