This may be the best thing since sliced bread

The team at A2X have been amazing to work with. Super helpful and very responsive. I think we have managed to onboard a fairly complex Cin7, Shopify, Xero relationship with very granular reporting into A2X. I genuinely think it will save us 10 hours a month of reconciling Shopify payments, so worth the monthly fee. And also once the on boarding finalised there will be minimal risk of human error because the whole thing is automated. I know I have a CFO and accountant watching this develop closely because we think it's a game changer for the e-commerce sector. Keep up the great work!

Amazing

As a DIYer I was originally hesitate and disgusted that an extra $80+/mo service would be needed on top of Xero.. but it turns out A2X is worth it! I paid for Quickbooks for YEARS and never figured it out, but with Xero + A2X it looks like I'm finally on the right track and able to get my books organized. A2X customer support is also top notch and I love that they don't have regular U.S. hours (+ have always been easy to comprehend English support). It can definitely be overwhelming getting started, but their support articles + fast live chat has answered everything I needed to get started!

Support is excellent

It's helped sort out our EU and UK Amazon VAT liabilities. Support is great, most recently Jessica who was very patient and knowledgable. What I would say is they send emails though informing you of mapping changes that need to be done and unless you’re an expert it’s just not possible/you will lose the will to live. Fortunately the support is there to talk you through it.
