Seamless & So easy

Have used the process quite a few times now and has worked perfectly every time. New employees find it simple to use. Once done, I open Xero and WOW the info is all there already setup. Thanks team - awesome product.

Love it!

I love this app, super intuitive, clean, responsive and last but not least - solves a problem I have been struggling with for years! Bonus points as I met all their team at ABE 2026 in Sydney and they were super helpful and knew the challengers their users are facing. Keep up the good work! = D

I have used this program to onboard a couple employees, and I have found it really easy and straightforward. Employees have said that it is very easy to use.

Only half of the onboarding process.

Its OK for TFN, super etc however its not very good for having an employee complete a workplace agreement or send them standard company documents for onboarding. There is no help when you login, and no instructions as to how to onboard or re-onboard existing employees. It feels like its built be Xero to get the bare minimum in termes of tax and super compliance but leaves out a whole lot of the really important stuff of conditions of employment, basic instructions like who to report to, what time to turn up etc.

While we have a strong focus on capturing the important details, such as TFN and super, upfront, we are working on adding more functionality to support an even better onboarding experience. Good, needs work too

Great prompt support from the team. I find it very hard to navigate, I'm constantly clicking the back button and going round in circles, not intuitive for me. I'm very happy with the onboarding process.

Hey Sara, thanks for the review. We totally agree on the feedback regarding navigation & setup. It's become more complicated as we've added more features. We're just kicking off an effort to revisit the employer setup process and overall UX / navigation. I'll reach out directly to get your feedback on our planned improvements.
