We were originally using the Xero stock function which has limited functionality. After a lot of research, we landed on Fishbowl which has strong integration with Xero. I'd give the onboarding 10/10 with lots of time put into training our team - Jay was a superstar and went above and beyond to train the warehouse team (novices to the whole inventory management concept) even taking extra training with older staff. Support has been great when we've had issues also.

Fishbowl is an excellent value proposition for SME manufacturers like our company. Transitioning from Excel to an automated production and inventory control system has enabled us to scale our operations more efficiently. The integration of AI Insights in Fishbowl will allow us to generate comprehensive reports from our data that was previously inaccessible in our Xero-Excel combo. The support provided by Fishbowl has been fantastic in spite of initial staff turnover, including direct involvement from the Managing Director & Kye, whose extensive expertise helped us navigate some of our more complex processes. The team was committed to making our go-live a success and they got us there.

Fishbowl works well for the majority of our inventory and sales workflows. There are a few areas where we’d like to see more tailored reporting features, but the platform is solid and continues to improve. The support team is approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist.

We have 2 businesses running Fishbowl and Xero and both are running very smoothly. Our files were quite large and I was concerned that it would not work as well as our old integration with Reckon.
