Compliments Xero well
ApprovalMax was very straightforward to set up, and is pretty intuitive once in. It's been great to have automated approval flows, and data sync has meant it is almost seamless from raising bills in Xero or POs in AM to seeing them in the other platform.
Reporting needs to be worked on (currently it's simply a full list of acitons taken/documents) but otherwise no issues following 2 months of regular use. Looking forward to expanding across other workstreams.

Great App
Easy to set up, integrates well with Xero and is reasonably priced.

Great for complicated but careful authorising
Very good for multiple cost lines and centres with early approvals and then authorised sign off
