Holds onto your money for eternity, charges 1.5% for the trouble. If you are set up for Stripe you have to remember to turn it off when invoicing if you don't want to incur fees, which is prone to error. If I on-sell a product to a client and they use stipe its very easy to end up losing money for the trouble.

Horror Show right there on your screen.
zero accountability, zero help , zero payments, zero should not promote stripe scam. Most horrible system ever. They hold money and are unable to provide help or even an excuse for holding your money for weeks. Stay away from this like the plague.

Stripe have jumped on the no card fee
Xero and Stripe are the winners in the no-card-fee government mandate, not only do they keep their fees, but also so that small businesses can't discourage clients from paying by credit card they have enticed Xero to highlight
No card surcharge applied to this invoice on every email that you send out. Well done Xero and Stripe, nice gouge! I thought your brand essence was to help small business....

I have been locked out of our work account for over 12months I have tried and tried and tried to get this sorted. We are soooo frustrated now looking for different options for our customers to pay After providing all options like ID and selfie. Still unable to get through. There is no available phone number to call for support.

Xero needs a better ACH partner
The fact that stripe make vendors verify the $.01 charge EVERY TIME they make a payment is ridiculous and sometimes takes a week to see the deposit to verify. Please Xero, find a better ACH partner or you will loose a lot of business. Im starting to see some advantages with going back to quickbooks now.
