XPM is must have for Accounting firms. Saves time and everything in one place. Support is good.

The software is due for a major overhaul, its overly cumbersome, not user friendly and really is an embarrassment to the Xero products rage. That being said, the tax return functionality withing the Xero Practice Manager is excellent and one of the best I have used.

Great for time tracking, custom report writing and job visibility. No brainer for Xero based accounting firms.
