WorldPay (Payrix) Integration with Xero
Having used the Payrix (Now WorldPay) platform which is fully integrated with Xero, I would highly recommend for companies wishing to manage Customer Invoice-Payment-Reconciliation. The interface is seamless, saves time and effort to collect payments and reconcile. A great tool. Cost effective. And the team are always super helpful if we run into any issues (which are minimal). I cant rate highly enough.

Payrix PCI
Payrix has been a good payment gateway though the fees paid by our clients are quite steep. We are not using payrix as of today because they are imposing a "PCI' payment on all clients. PCI is a security obiligation specifically for Payrix and other vendors. Its not a cost that should be imposed on clients. Blatant rip off

I have been using IntegraPay for over 2 years. Originally I wanted it for the Direct Debiting of my fixed billing clients, but I now like to use it for my hourly billed clients as it makes it so easy for them to pay me.
Positives: It can process both bank account and credit card payments. I have never had any issues with it. It is secure and fuss free. For the initial set up, one of their team phoned me and walked me through how to set up in Xero, after that it was set and forget! My recurring direct debit invoices are processed perfectly, from invoice auto-emailing to payment.
Negatives: Takes 5 days to receive my payment. Compared to some others, the Fees are a little more expensive.

Hopeless service, one thing goes out of track and no one from organisation knows how it works and where the issue is. asks for million questions and delivers no results. my payment limit was changed without my authorisation and 1 month worth of customer payments were held without anyone knowing why. my payment limit was reduced without my authorisation and made me look fool against my clients and affected my cash flow big time and no apology offered. lots of hidden traps. will never refer them for my customers any more. 3 days and no response after numerous calls and emails.
