Competent and quick support

This review concerns Unleashed customer support only, not taking the software and its features into consideration. We have been with Unleashed for a couple of years and every time we have sent a query, Unleashed customer support responded quickly and competently resolving our issues in a short matter of time.

Old hat

How can unleashed not have automatic updates of currency rates? This is a real pain. If you sell abroad, this is not the stock software for you.

Unleashed is great - I still need to learn a lot about Xero

Mike Yazbek was wonderful at onboarding us on Unleashed and starting me up on Xero. I need a lot more training on Xero but Mike was exceptional from an Unleashed perspective.

Good inventory system - Excellent service

Good inventory system, and the support and training is excellent making the change over easier. The reporting is quite comprehensive compared to just an accounting software, so that is a plus - although a few extra tweaks would make it even better (such as products on Invoice Enquiry report). The one way sync to Xero is a bit limiting, so if there are mistakes made in Unleashed it is quite the issue to rectify with credits and re-issuing invoices/orders (which is a problem if that order number has been used throughout your system to generate freight requests/tracking etc). Permissions also needs a bit of looking at, depending on your needs - would love to have all my sales crew on Unleashed aswell so they can do stock checks, however the loose permissions would not work for this.

Excellent Service

Mike Yazbek was with us every step of the way and made the software easy to understand and follow. Time will tell but we know we have Mike's team behind us all the way.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
