Running a fast moving cleaning business with 20 staff for 20 years I've road tested every Service App known to man, from Fleetmatics all they way back in 2015. Some are ok, some are $10k duds. We have been contracted with at least 5 over the last 10 years. Capterra was my best friend. Continual expensive glitches with FieldPulse kept me on the search! And I've found it The Holy Grail in Service Software Servis IT JUST WORKS! Its a great price, even with the extra sms fees, the GPS tracking works, the syncing with Xero WORKS, It doesn't over promise. Its simple, but actually highly nuanced technology. If I make an error it doesn't break the whole system. Queries are dealt with in Australia in real time...no waiting on a Dallas Server or pained by US Dollar fluctuations any longer. Nic and the team have been nothing but welcoming with new ideas and tweaks. This is the BEST BY FAR. No Coding, the data export was flawless and honestly...I have very little to do each day, just rattle off yesterdays invoices ( all incorporated) and I'm free for the day! I almost need a second job!
