    We have found the new Xero integration with Retail Express to be excellent. It’s easy to setup and is automated. The mapping of GL codes is flexible, including the mapping of Payment Methods. Reconciling is a breeze using the suite of reports that gives full detail of the summarised daily journals. Being able to report on each retail outlet using the Tracking Categories is a bonus. The Support Team is really helpful as is the Knowledge Based articles online.

    A client recently converted from MYOB to Xero and I must say I was very impressed with customer support. I found it very helpful as a bookkeeper speaking to a customer service representative that can communicate back end integration in accounting terms. Kate was very insightful and it was a nice change to speak with someone that completely understands your question from an accounting perspective. The client is also thrilled with the integration and the efficiency and time it is saving.

    Absolutely shocking integration with Xero. Would never recommend. Recent changes mean that we are now unable to even have account customer invoices imported into Xero. It is just the one daily sale, whether payment received or not. Support is average, and at times, they can't even advise what has gone wrong as they just don't know. Extremely inefficient to use. And don't ever expect a credit note to import. We will be moving our client to a different POS System after a 6 year battle with it.
