Makes my life a lot easier at month end
Hi we are a charity but we have 2 trading parts one the Charity and one a trading company. I used to have to join them every month end in excel from reports from Xero. Now it is a lot easier and i can adjust the reports to what the board wants a lot easier too.

Excellent Support
Had a query with a report not functioning as it should. Mahad took up the query and stayed with it until I confirmed that it was running as it should. Many thanks Mahad.

Responsive and accurate support
Stela was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I didn't have to go back on the same topic too many times with the support team which is really awesome!

Solid Tool
We’ve found Joiin really useful for consolidating multiple entity accounts across a group. The platform is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and doesn’t require a huge learning curve for the team.
One of the biggest positives is how customisable the reporting is, which makes it much easier to tailor outputs depending on what management or clients want to see. It has saved a lot of time compared to manual consolidation work in spreadsheets and gives a much clearer overall picture of group performance.
Overall, a really solid tool for multi-entity reporting and consolidation.

Excellent product and just as important - excellent support!
I'm using Joiin and it's intuitive, robust and delivers the reporting and budgeting we need - simply and quickly. That means there's a lot of good code and debugged work in there, and we're the ones to benefit.
The integration with Xero works well. The customisation for reporting works well. The all-important budgets vs actuals reporting works well.
Equally important is the support - it's not only there but the support folks respond quickly and are knowledgeable enough to answer your questions usually on the first round.
Nices to have improvements: (1) Folders! For the multiple budgets, reports and packs that are very quickly mounting up. There's a mass of these now and hard to use alpha-numeric workarounds to keep these organised. (2) Lock in the appearance defaults (exclude Disabled budgets, sort order by name etc). These tend to change back to default or become unfiltered so you have to restart. (3) Warnings! There are no warnings in Joiin if someone's unwisely changed your Xero nominal code or description. Next time it feeds in, the Budget has an obsolete account and it shows NIL! Hard to spot, especially since you've uploaded a new one with the new nominal or description on the budget template - it just won't pick up on the Budget because that's referencing an OLD account/description, one that no longer exists. Imagine all the people who can easily change/modifiy/select another GL in Xero for your account without realising the implications - it will cause havoc. So my request - show a WARNING that the account selected on the Budget is now obsolete. You have to deselect and reselect it again to get it to work.
All the best with your work on Joiin!
