Transitioning from Excel to an automated production and inventory control system has enabled us to scale our operations more efficiently. The integration of AI Insights in Fishbowl will allow us to generate comprehensive reports from our data that was previously inaccessible in our Xero-Excel combo. Fishbowl works well for the majority of our inventory and sales workflows. There are a few areas where we’d like to see more tailored reporting features, but the platform is solid and continues to improve. The support team is approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist.
