We handle all the complex rate calculations like how much to charge your client based on length of storage, handling, packaging, drop rate, km rate, your fuel levy and plus an infinite amount of ways to charge your client.

Then we can automatically push to Xero based on your invoicing cycle so we can create a simple one page invoice which automatically gets sent to your client with a complete invoice report summary so you can provide your client with complete transparency.

The team at CartonCloud have helped take our operations into the cloud and we are very happy with the results. We have reduce admin overheads by 40%, we can provide complete transparency to our clients with their own login so they can check their electronic POD's, invoices etc. The team at CartonCloud have gone over and beyond to make sure we were looked after and out staff were confident with the system, highly recommend CartonCloud!!

Specialised Logistics Australia has been using Carton Cloud to manage both our warehouse and transport operations for over 2 years. Over that time, Vincent has been able to configure the system so that it meets all our needs - which is not easy considering that we are a small company and are always being asked to tie our systems into our clients systems (tail of the dog so to speak). The fact carton cloud has enabled us to be flexible and meet all our clients requirements - is testament to the quality and user friendliness of the product. I've been using CartonCloud with Xero for the past 14 months and I'm really happy with it. I use CartonCloud for managing my warehouse. My clients can login and create orders, check their stocks and see what my team are up to. CartonCloud then pushes this data through to my warehouse staff's iPads automatically, meaning we don't even need to print out the orders.
