Whilst the desktop version is great for keeping track of employee compliance docs and client documentation, and the rostering function is somewhat straightforward, the support worker app is very limited and doesn't work for managers on the go. There are workarounds but it's clunky. Only recommended for very small operators. Not suitable for a medium provider.
