Booqable + Xero
The Xero integration streamlines financial management by seamlessly syncing rental order data between Booqable and Xero. It automatically synchronizes contacts, currencies, taxes, and accounts. When a document is finalized, it generates and syncs corresponding documents, ensuring both systems are always up to date. Revisions and deletions of invoices are handled effortlessly, voiding previous versions and creating new ones as needed. With real-time data synchronization, this integration eliminates manual accounting tasks, ensuring smooth financial tracking for your business.
Customer tax profiles are currently not supported. If you use them in your account then you will be unable to use this app.
Getting started
Connecting Booqable to Xero is quick and simple. You can begin directly by clicking the Get this app button at the top of this page. After connecting, your invoices and credit notes will synchronize automatically, helping you avoid manual accounting work and keeping both systems accurate and up to date.
To get started, click Get this app to begin the connection process. Sign in to your Booqable account or create a new one using the free 14-day trial. Follow the guided steps to approve access between Booqable and Xero, then choose the Xero organization you want to connect to. Next, select your preferred default accounts, tax rates, and currency settings for invoices and credit notes. Confirm the connection and the sync will begin immediately. The full setup usually takes between 5 and 10 minutes.
After connecting, Booqable will automatically sync contacts, currencies, taxes, and accounts. Invoices and credit notes will be created in Xero whenever documents are finalized in Booqable. If an invoice is deleted in Booqable, it will automatically be voided in Xero. Revised invoices will also be generated automatically by voiding and recreating updated versions. Xero will always stay aligned with real-time updates from Booqable.
