The most incompetent service I've experienced. I would HIGHLY advise you to NOT use this company if you are paying contractors or sub-contractors. There process involves a lot of manual phone call verifications to the contractor and depending on your industry (and what decade you are living in) there's a good chance those contractors won't answer this unknown phone number that is trying to call them. The fact that there is this prehistoric verification process in place is testimony to how out of touch with the times B2Bpay is. Yes if paying bills and you're not worried about a one week wait to get the funds cleared then I think this will be a good platform. I've wasted a good part of 3hrs of my time (including over weekends) to try and resolve this process. Having to resend copies of invoices to B2Bpay. Also having our account manager get a lot of irate and abusive calls from contractors who haven't been paid.

Yes it's easy to use and relatively easy to set up. The fees for paying bills are stupidly high.

B2BPay has been very successful we did have some teething problems at the start but the team at B2BPay where very helpful in rectifying the problem with the setup and we are now up and running would definitely recommend B2BPay

B2B Pay has been great. The integration and set up was easy and we love that we can pay our suppliers with out credit card. Highly recommend.
