This program is a game changer for CRM platforms. Easy to use. Great video to watch to explain how to use. Excellent support from program team when needed when no question is too stupid to ask.

New to Independant Support Coordination but not new to NDIS Platforms and by far Astalty is the best I have used. So easy to use, see participants in real time, information once entered is at your fingertips and the support and communication from the Astalty team really made me feel welcome! I've been an NDIS Support Coordinator for over 3 years and Astalty is by far the best SC software I have utilised. Why is it so good? It's simple, very easy to use and saves me time. The functionality is well thought out and not clunky or glitchy like most. Once you begin navigating around Astalty it becomes clear that it was designed by people in our industry. The seamless integration with Xero is fantastic and basic to setup. SC is a busy role, so any software that improves efficiency, makes life easier and just works... gets my vote. Well done Astalty!

Recently new to using Astalty, initially signed up for free trial, as soon as I started playing around I realised it has combination of other platforms containing all that I need for my business, but so much more user friendly. The support from the business directors/developers is to the highest level, any questions I have had I have received a response on the day from the business directors themselves, which has really impressed me as I feel very supported by real people not a system generated response. The system is very user friendly, has everything I need, invoicing is so quick and easy, I love having the functionality to be able to upload multiple documents at once, such a time saver, love the tags and being able to add some colour, a little bling always brightens my day 😊 Thank you Highly Recommend Astalty, and have referred to colleagues 😊

Just when I thought Astalty had all the functions I was missing from my old CRM, they added more! Astalty leaves room for maximum productivity.

I recently began using Astalty and now that I have the hang of both Plan Managed and Agency billing- I no longer have to spend all day Sunday cross referencing spreadsheets and portals- I am able to get my billing done in a Snap! and after one year in my own business- I am able to get more of my life back- which I can spend with family, in the garden, riding my bike to the beach and getting some down time- Thank you :-)
