Amazing Software
The software whilst in its infancy of support work is going to be one of the best hands down working from a Support Coordinator background. The most exciting part it is the fact you can talk to the team and make suggestions or learn. The cost is not as expensive as other software and is more user friendly. Well done on the product.

I've had a positive experience and found Astalty to be reliable and efficient for managing business tasks.
Reporting features have been tailored for users to have more flexibility, and any time we have needed support, the Astalty team have been reliable and responsive. User friendly, logical integrations and positive addition to completing functional work tasks.

Great integration and saving time.
I've been using Astalty for my new Support Coordination business and it has made life a lot easier. The integration with Xero saves me time on invoicing and means I'm not entering the same information into multiple systems.
What I like most is having participant information, case notes, tasks and invoicing all in one place. As a sole trader, anything that helps me stay organised and spend more time supporting participants instead of doing paperwork is a win.
The Astalty team have also been very helpful whenever I've had questions. It's been a valuable tool while setting up and growing my business.

Efficient, User-Friendly, and Great with Xero
Using Astalty has been a great experience. It’s easy to use, keeps everything organised, and integrates well with Xero, making invoicing and financial tracking more efficient and reducing admin time.

Astalty is super affordable and has an incredible customer service/support team
The on boarding process was great, it was easy to move my 30+ clients over and have their information be set up for me on the other side.
The easiest invoicing I have ever seen.
As a blind Business owner I trully appreciate the streamline user interface and common sense nature of the whole system. I have cut down on admin by about 12 hours per week!
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
