We started with Astalty 16 months ago mainly for our Support Coordination. We have now progressed to using it with all our Support Workers via the Astalty app. The software is easy to use and creates an efficient workflow linking in with Xero for invoicing and payroll. The Astalty support team are responsive and fantastic at helping us work through any issues. A quick email or video call and we have a solution! The Astalty team are not satisfied with just having software that works - they are dedicated to making constant improvements and working with their clients to improve systems and processes. Astalty is one of our most valued tools. From scheduling of shifts, flowing through to efficient handling of timesheets, through to integration with Xero for payroll and invoicing. Saves so much time and provides an excellent information flow. Also has great functionalty and tools for managing NDIS compliance. Value for money.
