Fees & tax tracking Automatically capture and categorize all processing fees, transaction costs, and tax details from every platform. Track Stripe fees, PayPal charges, marketplace commissions, and VAT/sales tax with complete accuracy. Every fee is properly allocated and ready for tax reporting and expense analysis. Tax tracking is available in both Per Transaction and Summary Sync modes.

Getting started with Synder takes just a few minutes. Connect your sales platforms and Xero account, adjust your sync preferences, and let automation handle the rest.

Create your account & connect your platforms Sign up for your free 15-day trial (no credit card required). After filling out your business data information, choose from 30+ supported platforms including Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and more.

Connect Xero account Click "Connect Xero" and authorize Synder to access your Xero company through secure OAuth authentication.

Configure your sync settings Choose your sync mode:
Per Transaction Sync for detailed visibility (recommended for <500 transactions/month) Summary Sync for high-volume operations (recommended for >500 transactions/month)
Set your business timezone, configure tax settings, and map key products to your Xero chart of accounts.
- Start syncing & monitor results Enable auto-sync to begin automatic transaction flow, or use manual sync for greater control. Watch as your sales, fees, taxes, and payouts appear in Xero, properly categorized and reconciliation-ready.
