As an AgTech manufacturer and implementor that has grown significantly across the past 3 years we found ourselves having outgrown Xero's functionality and in need for improved inventory and manufacturing process and control. After investigating a number of software solutions we settled on Fishbowl as clearly the best fit for a manufacturer using Xero for Accounting. The system is exceptionally powerful whilst also being easy to navigate, providing us with function and automations we had only previously dreamed of having within the business. It also links seamlessly with Xero. From demo to go live was less than 2 months (quick based on my prior experiences) and this was exceptionally well supported by our implementation specialist Lori. Lori was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient while also just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this product to other manufacturers.

Fishbowl has improved our processes, making our ordering procedure significantly more efficient. It has been a challenging transition from a very different system, which was almost too flexible. We had to make some adjustments to our internal processes, which ultimately will be a positive change. We have experienced immense support from Fishbowl, especially our implementation specialist Jo. The email component of Fishbowl is not ideal, but I believe this will improve in the future.
