Completely changed the efficiency of our Accounts Payable process

When moving from a non cloud-based finance software platform to Xero, our accountant recommended that we set up a Dext Prepare account at the same time, explaining the way in which the two platforms intergrate with one another. Using Dext, the time it takes to upload invoices and receipts to Xero is a quarter of what we faced when manually inputting data to previous software. Multiple users can send receipts and invoices, and several of our employees use the phone app and their cameras to instantly submit their expense receipts. I no longer have to chase for receipts, or receive photos by email that I have to manually input. Our Accounts Payable and Expenses processes are so much faster and smoother. I have had to contact customer support twice, and found it easy to reach a real human being quickly. The support provided was fast and effective. Cannot recommend highly enough.
