SortScape + Xero

SortScape imports your Xero contacts into SortScape and keeps them synced. Any updates you make to your Xero contacts will also be made to the related SortScape contact and vice-versa.

Once imported in SortScape, you can schedule repeating jobs for your Xero customers.

Furthermore, your Xero products and services will get imported as "materials" in SortScape so that your employees can add materials to jobs while out in the field.

Once you complete a job in SortScape, you simply click a button to create a Xero invoice with all the relevant information already added.

Pure Magic Domestic and Commercial Services

Excellent App, I own a reasonable size grounds maintenance business with 11 vehicles on the road and find the SortScape App perfect for team to access their work schedules on their phones, mark jobs complete as soon as job in finished so admin can invoice, updates and changes are instant, allows photos to be uploaded. No more paper run sheets. works well with Xero, SortScape is user friendly for office and field staff.

An amazingly simple product to setup, integrate into Xero and finally, train staff to use - either via a mobile browser or ideally, the App. Don’t let the apparent simplicity hide the fact it is functionally very rich in features for small to medium size field service contractors. On a business owner level, it saves much time and allows the teams to be mobilised with a few clicks and minimises end of job or end of day processing ensuring we don’t leave work unbilled. Enhancements ( such as route optimisation, reporting etc ) over recent years have fundamentally and positively affected our business profitability. We could not now run without it 👍

Indispensable

SortScape has changed our business beyond recognition . As a rostering and scheduling tool it has been invaluable and since developing the facility to record work done and create invoices it has made our day to day business so much more streamlined . Ability to quickly access details of past visits and historic action points is so valuable.
